About MOTIF
MOTIF is a creator sponsorship network being developed in Kenya. The legal operator, business contact details and any data processors must be confirmed before live enquiries or applications are enabled.
Information you choose to share
Our planned creator application requests your name, email, location, channel URL, audience and content information. The brand enquiry requests company contact details, campaign goals, target markets, budget range and a brief. Do not include financial account details, ID documents or sensitive personal information in these forms.
How this preview handles your information
The website currently prepares a draft in your browser. The forms do not submit data to a MOTIF server or save it in a MOTIF database. If you choose to copy or download a draft, you control that copy. There is no connected submission inbox.
How information will be used after launch
Once the live service is enabled, information will be used to review applications, respond to enquiries, evaluate potential creator-brand matches and manage campaigns where agreed. The final published notice must identify the legal operator, lawful processing grounds, processors, retention period, international transfers and the contact for privacy requests before any personal data is collected.
Sharing and public profiles
A public creator profile will not be created merely because someone opens this site. Any future sharing of non-public creator information with prospective advertisers will require an appropriate agreement and a published privacy notice. The site currently does not provide public creator accounts.
External website services
This prototype loads Plus Jakarta Sans through Google Fonts and some brand marks from external hosts. Those services may receive basic connection information, including an IP address. No analytics or advertising tracking is intentionally installed in the supplied site code.
Your choices and rights
Kenyan data protection law provides rights to be informed, access information, object to processing, seek correction and request deletion where applicable. Before live collection begins, MOTIF must provide an accessible privacy contact through its official business contact details. For now, no personal data is submitted through these forms.
Policy updates
This document describes the current prototype. We will update it before activating live submissions or adding analytics, external processors or new data practices.
