No automatic admission or sponsorship
Submitting or preparing an application does not create a representation relationship, guarantee acceptance, secure paid sponsorships or require exclusivity. Creator participation, agency fees and any campaign commitment must be agreed separately in writing.
Brand enquiries and campaigns
A brand enquiry is not a binding booking or a campaign agreement. Creator availability, scope of work, fees, usage rights, approvals, payment schedule and reporting must be separately confirmed before a project begins.
